Bikes and Brakes

so like...no, just no D:

yesterday my cousin Gabriel was having a promotion from the 5th grade to the 6th grade, so we went and celebrated Yay! :) (we were in Long Beach)

the afterwards we went to the shoreline and had pizza Yum! :P haha, then we rode those cool looking bikes that seat like six people D: sure it looks sooooo easy at first but haha, ITS NOT.
it was torture DX i rode with my cousin Hondi (Alejandra), my sister Becky and my step cousin Kerri.

so we were waiting to go then the lady's like: "oh, all people under 18 MUST wear a helmet~"
and this was us: "AWWW!!! but now we're gonna look even MORE like dorks!!!"

so we went to go get our helmets, and everyone else had already rode off, so we took off too. we got on and well everything seemed fine at first until we had to got up this little hill thing...ha ha ha, we were pushing so hard!! but the stupid bike would NOT go up!! so Hondi's dad came up from behind and pushed us up, so like well done, yay, no problems from here right? WRONG.

that bike was sooooo hard to pedal and we were dying DX

so we started to pedal some more and then there was a down hill YAY!! so we made it down and we started to pedal again, but AGAIN it was soooo freakin' hard DX i think that all the people we passed thought either 1. we were wimps or 2. we're idiots. hahaha we passed by a crowd of like 20 people in blue suits and you could slowly see their heads turning they watched us pass them by XD and we stopped right in front of them!! even worse!! (you could see them trying to hold back laughing at us) i mean, even WE were laughing at us!

we did not make it far, so we desided two of us should push from behind and two of us should pedal (i was the driver k, thanks) so Hondi and i were pedaling and Kerri and Becky were pushing, only then did we actually start getting somewhere :) we were so happy, but it was still hard!! so we would switch off on who was pushing.

so, problem sort of sovled we were on our way, but apparently we were taking so long that everyone else had already stared coming back D: (we were still trying to figure out how everyone was going so fast)

they'd pass us by and be like: "you guys are still over here?"

and then a savior came down from the sky on angles wings!! (well, she sort of was just on her way back from her bike ride) and SHE was the only one with enough concern for us to try and figure out why our bike was a jerk face.

my tia(aunt) Dilva!! she looked at us and stopped to help us then she relized something...we still had the brake on D: GAH!! so she took it off and we were ride smoothly like everyone else :D we were screaming and laughing hysterically at our stupid-ness for about five minutes after the brake had been released!

hahaha, so we made it to the end of the trail thing and turned back and made it to the rental shop in one peace...the only problem was, no one else was there...

we were SUPER confused!! they were ahead of us yet we made it back first...then the rental chick said in her cool accent: "you guys still have 40mins left"

D:

so we rode the OTHER trail we didnt see that apparently the rest of our family had taken and thats that, we kept going and going but we didnt see anyone but we saw Hondi's dad and Gabriel on their way back so we turned around to follow them, then the race started!!

so like, just for the record, i dont care what Gabriel says, he did not let us win, we totally won because of their lack of AWESOME-NESS!

then we made it back and we rode a Carosel XD it was so fun haha, i know, i'm a dork.

all the way there and back from the shoreline we were listening to the Coraline soundtrack and all its impossible french-ness (i have an obsession with stop-motion films) and now Kerri and i have a list of to-do things :D cant wait

so, I haven't posted anything I like, forever! that's odd in my opinion

I have writers block! the worst part about it is I keep getting more and MORE plot bunnies (plot ideas) it's really, truly horrible... and one of those plot bunnies I'm willing to throw a carrot to :) it keeps tempting me to write a fanfic* on Code Geass. I REALLY want to but I'm sort of in the gray about the plot its hoppin' around about XD I probably sound insane but every time I read a new book I get new ideas (none of which I shall share freely with you Brandon). It's the type of work by authors like Sephenie Meyer or Brent Weeks, Louis Carroll... that gets me worked up on writing, buuuut... its not really easy so, I'm sad at the moment.

I still need to finish my letter reply to Jessica, darn! Adam! hurry up an finish writing your part of the letter! I need to mail it!

k, itz later, i went back to that french translator website thing after i said id finish this later, and typed in Lamperouge (Lelouch's last name) and it said nothing... you know: "this word does not match any of our searches" :( awww....so i noe ('cause im smart in french) that "rouge" is red so i typed in "lampe" and well it said a lot of things mainly light and lamp (i chose light 'cause it sounds better) so his name is, drumroll please, [insert drumroll here]: the suspicious red light XD

so i thought that was funny, i started asking people to make sure i was like: "How in the world do you say SUSPICIOUS in french??" and anyone i askd was all like: "Idk"

yea, i was not happy, i just went on the french dictionary thing to find out and voila! haha, so basically when you say Lelouch youre saying: le louch(e)= the suspicious XD

and for those of you who dont know who Lelouch is this is him:

he's from the show Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion (r2 is the second season :D) haha, i simply ADORE this anime! its my favorite of all time! (have you finished it Maryanne?) i started watching it in Japanese (is that supposed to be capitalized? idk, i feel it should:)) and the ending...when i saw the ending, it was utterly...i dont know, there's no word to express the emotions and thoughtz that went through my mind. and now im watching it again in english 'cause they have it on Adult Swim and i was SOOOOO happy at first but now im kinda dreading the next episodez to come D: haha, kinda like when i was watching Death Note :)

this anime is powerful man!(Code Geass) Lelouch is my favorite character! his full name is Lelouch Lamperouge (fancy, no?) i love his name :D its fun to say...Lelouch, Lelouch, Lelouch, sorry...

i suggest if you havent watched this anime, you should, like NOW! lets see some more Lelouch:

Manzanar (oh, apple orchard)

so i probably should have posted this yesterday but when i got home my mom was on the computer, she was doing work stuff...
~

so yea... Manzanar! very dusty/dirtness and a bunsh of pokey plants (ouch). it was like any desert :D sandy, we (the 41 students that went) were the first peoplez to actually be taken on a walking tour of the place, there wasnt much 'cause they knocked down everything but the they had the places (blocks, wards) marked the only building was the info place that had a museum-like thing and a gift shop XD haha, yea you heard right (well...read right), a GIFT SHOP, they had some cool stuff (and yes, i bought stuff) so we took a walking tour of the place our tour dude was Derrick Hartberger (i believe he was from Ohio)

(haha) and they were building a replica of one of the halls:

yea, no trespassing :) then we walked some more desert avoiding animal poop XP ew! and glass stuff. (you know? there was sooo many holes on the ground filled with icky-nasty-freaky-looking black ants DX i utterly HATE ants!) take a look at some Manzanar -->

it wasnt much but we got to see block 28 and i took some pictures of the nothing-ness that is now Manzanar

so the ride there was killer! we left Bishop Amat at like 7:30AM or something and we drove for like 4hrs (we watched Wall-E during that time) anad then we stopped at a Shell(?) gas station in the middle of nowhere! and we were there for like 30mins then we got back on the bus and Mr. Rodriguez announced that we were only HALF WAY THERE!

ARGH! i wanted to strangle him! (sorry) but, then i got over it (btw my bus "buddy" was Sharan(sp?) if you can imagine that, we talked about how long this trip was and Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts...blah blah blah :)) and we kept on going. from there we headed to a park to eat lunch ant it was right across from a Carl's Jr.! Mr. Rodriguez just told us not to look to our left :(

so we ate then we got back on the bus and it was only 10mi to Manzanar! (i was dancing on the inside) then we got there, took pictures as a group and started the tour

when the tour was over we went to the gift shop and bought stuff, then back on the bus at 4:22PM and we headed to Bishop, no stops (we watched the Dark Knight) and arrived at 8:00PM :D thus the trip ended...yea, i was glad :D

but i guess it was worth it, haha, i took 98 pics

i might post 'em om MySpace if im not lazy :)

PS: sorry Manny(sp?) but i thought this was like the most adorable-est thing ive ever seen XD so like on the way back Brian(Bryan, idk) fell asleep like leaning on the window and Manny was sleeping on Brian's shoulder :3 i know, i find the weirdest things cute (mainly the Manny part, sorry Manny i find you very adorable)...i should slap myself for saying that DX

A Party on Sunday?

Ugh, i didnt want to come to school to day 'cause of my little sisterz birthday D:

so there was confirmation stuff on Sunday...it was horrid

my sponser picked me up early so we could eat breakfast and we headed to Jack-In-The-Box (how is that for breakfast?) so we were there at JB and we started plotting ways to skip out on the mass (i know, we're going to hell now :D) so we were guna go to the movies and watch Coraline in 3-D :) but then we find out this stuff is manditory and we headed to the meeting/mass thing, so we sat there heard some religious stuff and then we had to head to mass, buuuuuut... we skipped that :D yea, we went to target 'cause none of the movies we wanted to watch were starting on time and my parents didnt know we skipped XD

i got a Kieth urban CD XD oh yes

well, I hate FireworksCS3. Minus the fact that i got to use a picture of Keith Urban in my classwork XD this one :)

the first half of class was not fun D: i just sat there not doin' anything 'cause my stupid text would not make the shape of a circle...and, when it finally did, well it was either too HUGE or too tiny which was really annoying, then Mrs. Wei tried to help and well this happened:

Mrs. Wei: "let me see..."

Me: *scoots over*

Mrs. Wei: "umm...."

*tries to minimize circle (of evil-ness)*

Circle: *gets bigger instead of smaller*

Mrs. Wei: "oh, wow, haha, thats weird..."

*tires again*

Circle: *gets bigger again*

*looks retarded now*

Mrs. Wei: "huh...well...just leave it like that"

(I swear, if this was an anime, she would have sweatdropped)

Me: "OK..."

and that was my un-fun first half of class, the second half however was funny :D Markos(sp?) and I were at a total loss at what to do, and so lets find out what happened:

Markos: "umm...what do we do?"

Me: "uhh, just click the circle thing and the press and hold shift"

Markos: *follows along so far*

"...."

"wait, what?"

Me: "click the circle..."

Markos: *tries to find circle...for some reason, he can't*

"...wheres the circle?"

(this is where it was funny)

Me: *moves hand to point at his screen, and in all her clumsy-ness hits her flash drive on the way there*

FlashDrive: *explodes into four pieces (the top, the bottom, the inside chip-thing, and the part around the sides that keeps it together, it was the Amat one :D)*

Both: *pretend like nothing happened*

Me: *helps Markos*

Markos: *finally gets it*

Both: *sits there in silence*

*looks down*

*starts picking up pieces*

Markos: "that was weird...it just broke, just like that..."

*makes hand movement I did when breaking FlashDrive*

Me: "haha, I know right?"

we found all the pieces minus the side one cause its clear and we couldnt find it...so we finished our projects (the one with Keith XD) and I was daydreaming and looking around, and I got bored so I tried fixing it, I didnt do very well and Nathan was sitting there saying: "Ooooo, you broke it, imma tell." so i sorta gave up...

then i started looking around and I saw something...it was the piece missing from my Drive! and it was right next to Markos...right next to his hard drive...and I just stared at it thinking how did we not see that? so I asked Markos if he could hand it to me and he said the same thing :D we just laughed, so I tried fixing it again and well, its fixed (I think I have bad luck with flashdrives 'cause I broke the one I have at home a while ago, haha...)

of Face-Paint and Musings

so, I just created this...thingy, blog if you will, and I've no idea what to do...

ignore what was just written up there!
so, like today I was walkin' around in my room and I was all: "ooooh....what to do!" so I went to the kitchen hahaha....loadz of fun that'll bring
ME: *walks in circles from kitchen to livingroom and back again*


after doing that for I dont know HOW long (I tend to do that when Im bored, dont have anything to do, and dont want to be in my room) i sat down on the couch in the livingroom and thats when my day went from <<oh boooore>> to <<what the heck is wrong with you Nathalia?! are you freakin' MENTAL?>> (you shouldnt ponder yourself with that question, because its a flat-out YES)

the incident (how it happened in my head):

ME:*sitting on the couch looking around*

*turns left and spots make-up bag sitting next to her*

MAKE-UP BAG: why hello there Nathalia (imagine that Chester Cheeta voice)

ME: hello there yourself

MAKE-UP BAG: lovely weather no?

ME: uh, no is right! its all sunny and la dee da~ it needs to rain (sorry Maryanne)

MAKE-UP BAG: feel like having a little fun?

ME: hmmm.....

imaginaryHONDI: dooooo iiiiit~ doooo iiiiit~ you know you want too~

ME: mmmm? uhh...

MAKE-UP BAG: well? *smirk* (yes, it smirked)

ME: mmmokay!

and well, after a few mins in my bathroom, this happened:

well...it was a little more extreme, but as you can see Chester Make-Up Bag has got me doin' some weird things D: after that my dad came and was all: "Lets go to the movies!" and so at that moment I was like: "Oh! Fudge Bunnies! I need to get this stuff off!" and after much scrubbing I was back to normal and we went to go see PUSH (it was pretty good but a little eh...)
